Description mailingdotlist 2015-09-03 14:36:25 UTC
My laptop is connected to a monitor with the laptop screen disabled. When I enabled the laptop screen the mouse pointer gets stuck on the laptop. Since everything is still located on the external monitor this makes using the desktop impossible.

Reproducible: Always

Sorry for the late reply. This is not a problem in our software. The mouse cursor is completely controlled by the X server. If it's no longer possible to move the mouse to the still connected and enabled external screen, it's a problem in the X-Server. Plasma has no control over that.

If you actually disabled the output the windows should move to the other screen.

As a workaround you can right click the entries on the task manager and select More Actions->move and then move the windows to your laptop screen.
