Description Florian Wolfsjäger 2015-09-03 14:23:43 UTC
When trying to take a snapshot using "Window Under Cursor", as soon as I click on the window, all window decorations vanish. Most hotkeys don't work anymore and I can barely click anything, the only way to get out of this is to switch to another TTY and kill SDDM. Sadly, since I can barely use anything in this case, I don't have a trace.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press print to open ksnapshot
2. Select "Window Under Cursor"
3. Click any window

Actual Results:
Plasma / SDDM (I don't even know what) crashes and barely anything works until SDDM is killed

Expected Results:
The screenshot should be taken and nothing should crash

I have 2 screens (the internal NB and an external screen) with a resolution of 4K on both.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug. Spectacle is the replacement for ksnapshot now. Please test again and file a new bug for Spectacle if you still have issues. Thank you!
