Description Ezio Vergine 2015-09-02 23:47:35 UTC
If I change screen brightness for "on battery mode" on power management kcm, when I disconnect the AC power, the screen remain at the same level of luminosity. The screen change the brightness from AC plugged to battery only if I set the brightness bar to the minimun value

Reproducible: Always

It does not change the brightness of the current brightness is lower than the one configured for the other profile. Could that be the case?

I don't understand yor question.

AC power -> 100% brightness slider
battery power -> 30% brightness slider

This combination doesn't work.
It work correctly with this combination:

AC power -> 100% brightness slider
battery power -> 0% brightness slider

Is this related to the fact that brightness slider in systemsettings is continous while the monitor have about 7 levels of brightness?
