Since updating to 15.08 remote .ics resources can't be added anymore

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a new remote iCal resource, eg: http://www.kde.org/releaseschedule.ics 

Actual Results:  
An empty "akonadi_ical_resource_x" calendar is added. When opening the properties, the "File name" field is empty. 

Expected Results:  
The remote ics file is loaded

Commit a0b08b50ff4f965f7ec9419760a7e07220beb876 fixed saving and loading the calendar URL, but the events are still not displayed. What's worse, the patch breaks displaying events for local ics files also (after opening the closing the calendar properties dialog)

in my case I use SFTP.
