On pressing browse button nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Application Launcher
2. Right click on it
3. Press "Edit Applications..."
4. In KDE Menu Editor press "New Item" button
5. Write some name, for example "NewTestItem"
6. Then in Tab General press square near Name and Description fields
   At this moment you should see window with title "Select Icon - KDE Menu Editor" 
7. Press radio button "Other Icons", button "Browse..." now should become active
8. Press "Browse..." button 



Actual Results:  
Actual: Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Expected: Dialogue must appear where user can choose icon from his folders.

If this is expected behaviour, please consider to change it from bug to feature request. 
As user I would like to choose icons from my folders.
