Description jmf 2015-08-27 15:24:47 UTC
When drawing on vector layers or invisible layers with a brush, nothing happens. A small popup warning should be viewed, that tells the user, why it isn't working as expected, e.g. "Warning: Using a pixel brush on a vector layer" or "Warning: Current layer is invisible", so the user knows what is wrong.

Reproducible: Always

Yes, you're right. I must have overlooked the previous report when I was searching the database for an existing bug report.

No worries, bugzilla makes it way too hard to find duplicates :-)
