Description boughaljs 2015-08-25 05:07:21 UTC
I'm using a Cintiq13 HDT, with the newest version of Krita I downloaded from the website, with the most unfortunate update of Windows 10 (don't get it).

Every time I try to draw on the canvas with my pen (and I imagine fingers if I so chose, but I haven't tested that), the brush is offset about an inch or so to the bottom left. The distance is variable depending on the distance of the pen tip from the top right corner of the canvas.

I've tried reinstalling Krita twice, and updating my drivers. Neither helped.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Attempt to draw on the canvas with the pen.
2.Watch the cursor appear an inch to the bottom left.
3.Scream.

Actual Results:
As detailed above.

Expected Results:
Not this.

All my settings are set to default, as is the configuration for my Cintiq.

I would like to imagine this is all Win10's fault, but I like to check everything first. If I recall, this may have been happening before the 'upgrade'.

Hi,

I'm afraid that for now, I have to blame Windows 10... It might be something else, of course, but I haven't been offered the win10 upgrade on my windows system that I can use the test cintiq on, so I cannot test. I'm actually rolling back the update on the SP3, since it broke nothing related to Krita, but was a pain to use.

Can you also check if you've got display scaling on? This discussion might be relevant: https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=281&t=124864&p=344882#p344882
