Can't say much here - it's just buggy - crashing many times when closing a sub settings panel.... 



Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open systemsettings 
2. open any panel
3. close panel after changing smth.

Actual Results:  
crash - useless information (segfault)

Expected Results:  
no crash

Unless you add a backtrace, we can only assume it is (common) bug 344651.
