If want to change the icon of the existing applications or even of my owns, when I hit browse to search for icons in my file system, nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Icon button
2. Choose Custom
3. Hit Browse

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
a file explorer should open up
