Frameworks 5.12.0

"New Folder" menu entry is gone, both form the File menu and from the window's context menu. The only entry under "Create New >" now is "Link to Device >", with no further submenus.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Dolphin
2. Click File Menu
3. Hover over "Create New2"

Actual Results:  
Menu with "Link to Device" appears

Expected Results:  
Menu should have entry "Folder...", and more ("New Window", "New Tab", etc.)

Same with Manjaro KDE-Next, Dolphin 15.07.90 and Frameworks 5.13.0

Fixed on Manjaro KDE-Next as of 23/08/2015 updates, Dolphin 15.08.0 :)
