I create look-and-feel settings, but some option not working.
For example:
[kdeglobals][MainToolbarIcons]
Size=16
# MainToolbarIcons not changed, used always 22x22

[ksplashrc][KSplash]
Engine=none
Theme=None
# KSplash not disabling, showing default KSplash theme
etc...
OS: Kubuntu 15.04
KDE: 5.3.2
Qt: 5.4.1

Reproducible: Always

Splash screen issue reported as Bug 414417. Let's use this for the icon size issue.

This setting is going to be removed in Plasma 6, and then there won't be anything to reset. :)
