Should mention that I'm currently using the weekly snapshot Kubuntu ppa

I can confirm this bug.
I'm on kubuntu 15.10, kwin 5.4.2, clusterssh 4.03.06.

A workaround is:
  * open krunner with Alt+F2
  * kwin_x11 --replace

Tabbox and PW input window rely on input grabbing. Input grabbing fails because of whatever clusterssh does.

Is dupe of bug #348569
