kubuntu 15.04, Qt 5.4.1

As a result I can't assign icc profile to a display device.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. kubuntu with plasma5
2. install colord and colord-kde packages
3. check System Settings

Actual Results:  
No CMS colord-kde entry in System settings => no possibility to assign profiles to devices.

Expected Results:  
CMS colord-kde entry in System settings => possibility to assign profiles to devices.

Moreover I wonder if Severity of this bug shouldn't be "Major" - currently kubuntu has limited functionality for photographers and computer graphic.

colord-kde in Plasma5 needs to be version 0.5.0 which is based on KF5/Qt5
