For a scalable theme like Breeze the list of available sizes contains a lot of duplicates making the list insanely huge.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open System Settings
2. Make sure you're using a scalable theme, such as Breeze
3. Go to "Icons"
4. Go to "Advanced"
5. Click on Size and observe the combobox

Actual Results:  
There are many duplicate numbers

Expected Results:  
It's just a continuous range from eg. 16 to 256

Is this still an issue? I tested a clean checkout of Breeze icon theme, I only get the standard sizes listed.
