right now thers a big limitation in the lock screen. i'm about to do a plasma design  and since the lock screen uses the /widgets/backgrounds.svg(z) it results to this:

the users picture is resized. that should not be the case.
a better solution would be to make the size of the picture fix and adjust the element to the pictures. otherwise you enforce plasma designers to always use small borders in our themes

i dont know if kwin acrtually draws the lock screen. so please move it to the right component if not.. (sorry for that)
