Hi,

after spellchecking, the email is send directly. IMO kmail should ask for confirmation before sending because users make mistakes sometimes and for example "correct" the recipients name.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. activate automatic spell checking
2. Compose an email "hello somenamenotindictionary"
3. Send email
4. click replace when the spell checker pops up.

Actual Results:  
1. The spelling is corrected 
2. email is send

Expected Results:  
1. The spelling is corrected 
2. Ask for confirmation
3. email is send
