Minimizeda apps shold be darker so they can be easier for reading(or at least add option for user to set his own  span for coloring minimized apps).


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use Icons-Only Task Manager
2.Go to its settings
3.

Actual Results:  
Few settings

Expected Results:  
Icons are easier to read.
