new baloo monitor desktop file doesn't have a GenericName entry in the desktop file and the Name entry 'Baloo Monitor' means nothing to a regular user as they would not know what Baloo is unless they read the documentation of the 'File Search' KCM

We are no longer installing the desktop file.
