The summary pretty much describes it. The browse button isn't responsive, preventing me from searching for "Other Icons".



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open KDE Menu Editor
2. Choose an App to edit.
3. Choose Other Icons and press Browse.

Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Browsing Window.

Note: I'm on Kubuntu 15.04 and as far as I know I've upgraded to Plasma 5.3x via PPA. However, there seems to be a bug. When checking <About KDE> with Dolphin I get "Platform Version 4.14.8".
