i don't know what the problem but latex is not generate any file like DIV, PDF, LOG...etc....how to configure so that there is no problem on run/quick build....

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1. save 
2. alt+1

Actual Results:  
error: cannot open log file; did you run latex?

Expected Results:  
no error
generate all files

Could you provide the following information:
* output of the "Output" tab (bottom tabview in Kile), which should contain any LaTeX errors
* and if this does not yet explain your problem, please start Kile from console and attach the console's output to this bug report

PS: your report says both "couldn't" reproduce and how you reproduced it, I expect the latter to be true?
