A shaded window is restored to its minimum size after being moved around.

This bug appears only using Breeze decorations.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Shade a window
2. Move it around
3. Unshade it




I'm using backports ppa from Kubuntu 15.04.
