Description Joan 2015-07-01 09:04:57 UTC
The escape sequences to terminate a telnet session don't work, instead of quitting the session, they only make the font size bigger.
The precise text when connecting to the telnet session is "Escape character is '^]'.", and the combination that should terminate the session is AltGr+Ctrl+"+", this works fine with xterm, but doesn't with konsole (either with catalan or english)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open telnet session
2. Try to quit

Actual Results:
Text size is made bigger

Expected Results:
Telnet session is terminated

Just upgraded to kubuntu 15.10 with konsole 15.08.0, and the combination AltGr+Ctrl+"+" is still failing. By trying different key combinations I found out that AltGr+Ctrl+"}" does indeed work, so I'll use that one from now. Still the original issue remains IMHO

This issue does still exist with Konsole 18.08.2, looks like Konsole catches the input sequence because of Ctrl+"+" and does not respect the AltGr press.

It's working here (es keyboard layout). Can anyone reproduce? Which keyboard layout are you using?
