I've updated to the latest Krita: 2.9.5 (git e22df72). The problem is that I can't save documents with the "Pattern Overlay" layer style. Whenever I try to save a document with "Pattern Overlay", Krita creates a file with a suffix similar to ".kraD15733.new", within the folder where I'm trying to save the document. Krita seems also to update the backup file with the tilde ~ at the end, instead of the current open document. After, the program stays responsive (with the mouse cursor changed), but eventually I have to close and restart the program. The generated suffixed file cannot be open by Krita because it complains it's not a valid kra file. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. apply the "Pattern Overlay" layer style 2. try to save Actual Results: Krita won't save the document and generates a suffixed file which is not a valid ".kra" file and can't be open. Expected Results: Krita just save the document. Note: I know that it's a wilde guess, but at first I was thinking this issue could be related with Bug 346932, just to say.

Hi, mvowada! I think I have fixed this bug a week ago. Please test the newest Krita 2.9.6.1 and reopen if you still have it :) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 346932 ***
Hi Dmitry :) Thank you! I've checked with a newer version and it works beautifully.
