Hello! 
I have recently installed Fedora 22 , which is updated and works with KDE Plasma 5.3.1 with Frameworks 5.10.0 and the backgrounds of the desktop are a bit blurred. I am using the desktop in a folder view mode and the problem is with default wallpapers and with the ones I select manually.

Reproducible: Always
