Creating custom shortcut does nothing

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create custom shortcut 'Mete+E' to open /usr/bindolphin

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Should launch Dolphin

I did a fresh install ok Kubuntu 15.04 and my short-cuts is working fine. I believe (now) issue is with upgrade from older version to 15.04 of Kubuntu.
