Description Hadrien 2015-06-10 14:25:18 UTC
Sliders such as brush size or smooth stroke distance have a large range (1000 for the latter) and it is often tricky to set it to small values, say 15 or 30, unless resorting to the down/up arrows, but they do the job one tenth of a unit at a time. Gimp does this well by having a slider widget vertically divided in two : the lower part controls the value much more slowly, while the upper part allows for big changes with little cursor movement. Another solution would be to provide on-canvas editing, just like it is done with brush size currently ?

Reproducible: Always

Shift - drag adds precision.
