Breeze Dark desktop theme is not applied to the panel and some icons disappear. 

I see a similar bug fixed (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346473) but with the latest packages available in development version of Kubuntu I still have this bug.

Kubuntu 15.10 x64 in virtualbox with proposed repo enabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change desktop theme to Breeze dark

Actual Results:  
Some icons disappear

Expected Results:  
The panel continues to use light theme
