Please change the selection behavior when selecting a region on a libkgeomap widget.

Currently, the user has to click once, move the mouse to draw the selection and click again to finish the selection.

What (imo) each user would expect is to draw the selection by clicking, holding the button, drawing the selection and releasing the button, as in every other rubberband like selection implementation.

I think changing the implementation to the "normal" behavior would lead to a better user experience. What do you think?

I think that meanwhile, no project outside of Digikam uses libkgeomap anymore, so maybe, we can close this one.
