After upgrading from Fedora 21 to Fedora 22, vim no longer changes konsole's title when run within a konsole.  Title changing still works properly if vim is run within an xterm.

I'm using vim version 7.4.640

Works for me for the *tab title* with Konsole from git master. The *window title* is not expected to change though.

Please re-open if you can reproduce this issue for the *tab title* with Konsole 18.08.x or git master.

I got it work work by going to "Settings > Configure Konsole > Konsole Window" and turning on "Show window title on the titlebar".
