Description David Pyke 2015-06-06 00:21:50 UTC
Application: kdeinit5 (15.04.0)

Qt Version: 5.4.1
Operating System: Linux 4.0.4 x86_64
Distribution: Ubuntu 15.04

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I had started a wine web install program from this site: https://bitly.com/a/warning?url=http%3a%2f%2fcopy%2ecom%2ftArOKJad4XukGYYv%2fDeploy%2fSWCharGen%2fSetup%2eexe&hash=1yOHzko (See https://community.fantasyflightgames.com/index.php?/topic/89135-another-character-generator/ for details). The Konsole window opened and immediately crashed with no error message.

-- Backtrace:
Application: Konsole (kdeinit5), signal: Segmentation fault

Does this also crash if you uninstall nvidia binary drivers?
Comment 2 Christoph Feck 2015-06-16 17:40:44 UTC
If you can provide the information requested in comment #1, please add it.
Comment 3 David Pyke 2015-06-16 18:48:48 UTC
After 3 days of trying, I can't get nouveau to work on my system. So, I can't try it without the nvidia driver.

Sorry.
