assigning short-cut key combination has no effect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open menu editor
2.assign a short-cut key combination
3.try launching using chosen key combination

Actual Results:  
none

Expected Results:  
launch

Using up to date neon-devedition-gitunstable assigning a short-cut key combination works for me
