First time I press alt-tab after booting, nothing happens. If I press alt-tab again, task switcher appears as expected. This works until I reboot/re-login, then the behavior returns.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. press alt-tab 
2. press alt-tab again

Actual Results:  
The task switcher one displayed on the second try

Expected Results:  
The task switcher should have displayed on first try
