Sometimes when I switch activities the Application Launcher icon disappears. It defaults to a white page with a fold.  If I restart the icon is restored.  

I specified that the Application Launcher should use a Fedora icon by default, if that is useful information. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Not getting this anymore.
