Indeed those are visual bugs that I can reproduce here as well. Best I can tell, the visual bugs are appear primarily in the drop-menus and pop-up menus. Dialog boxes look generally ok.
Same issue here. I use libreoffice-gtk so it uses the oxygen-gtk theme which looks much nicer. This was true even under KDE4 when the Oxygen theme was the default- the official libreoffice-kde theme looked worse than oxygen-gtk. P
can't fix this is all libreoffice-kde (they use a wrapper between their UI and Qt, that just breaks on breeze, because of the fancy features we use (for native qt applicaions). You're better off using a different style, or libreoffice-gtk, or forward bug reports to them. Sorry.
on the positive side, there is a breeze-gtk that is being developped (see: https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=285&t=125246&sid=225d9b9a535a1596f474bbc56ac89024) it should hopefully work better with libreoffice-gtk give it a try !
Apparently this will be fixed in Libreoffice 5.3: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97721https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97721
