Qt Version: 5.4.1
Operating System: Linux 3.16.7-21-desktop x86_64
Distribution: "openSUSE 13.2 (Harlequin) (x86_64)"

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed: I had just finished rebooting the computer and logging in 

- Unusual behavior I noticed: The background on the login screen appears to flicker with white boxes. I think they are the crash dialogs

- Custom settings of the application: KDE logs me in on startup, then locks the session

Bug 348464 may be related as both crashes happened at the same time, as far as I can tell

The crash can be reproduced every time.
