The first preset in a tag list, is always displayed as active/highlighted even though it's not the current active preset. (Video below)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to a new tag list

Actual Results:  
The first preset in the list, is always displayed as active/highlighted regardless that it's not really active.

Expected Results:  
It should be showed as active/highlighted only the preset currently in use.
