Energy Consumption Statistics, Wayland, DMA info, USB devices, I/O ports info and X-server information sections are not translatable partially.

Reproducible: Always

master compiled from sources:
Energy Consumption Statistics section is translated in x-test
DMA info: Used By untranslated
USB devices: translated
I/O ports: I/O Range + Used By untranslated
Wayland + X-Server untranslated but apparently these strings are not in KDE sources

What I see in debug output are queries for strings beeing extracted to catalog kcm_infobase with the wrong domain kcminfo

domain=  kcminfo  text=  Compositor Information
domain=  kcminfo  text=  Name of the Display
domain=  kcminfo  text=  Interface Version

I see no code to load the catalog kcm_infobase in the sources + in my debug output

Correction:
kcm_infobase.pot has at least some strings from info_wayland.cpp an for the X-Server section, i.e. if the catalog kcm_infobase is loaded the wayland + x-server section might be translated.
