It's better for user to have a Search and Sort feature available in Event Notifications and Actions, speeds up finding certain Event.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open System Settings
2. Open Notification
3. There it is, Event Notifications and Actions.

Actual Results:  
Just simple table showing details from specific Event Source categories. It's not easy to find certain item, user will have to check one by one.

Expected Results:  
- A search box provided, filtering items by Title/Description.
- Clickable headers for sorting columns.

This might be a default feature for informations served in a table, IMHO.
