After I selected either the Breeze Dark theme or the custom theme I downloaded (Arquetype), the background of the main panel doesn't change from the regular Breeze theme. Also when I switch from the Oxygen or the Air Theme to Breeze Dark or Arquetype the panel background changes to regular Breeze background. I tried restarting, re-logging and experimenting with the appearance settings and nothing seems to be working. I also had this problem with KDE 5.2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Desktop Themes in appearance settings.
2. Change to Breeze Dark  theme.


Actual Results:  
The theme changes but not the panel background.

Expected Results:  
The selected theme is applied everywhere, including in the panel.

Same.
Shift-ALt-F12 every time brings the dark panel back.
Very annoying.

This KCM has been effectively replaced with plasmathemeexplorer in plasma-sdk.
