When i open a file via File>Open>Double-click on the picture, i'm asked how i want it to be opened. I choose "Open in a new document", which opens the image in a new tab. Then a second tab is created with the same file. It doesn't do that if, in File>Open, i single-click on the file i want to open, then click on "open". I'm not asked how i want to be opened, nor is it opened twice (only once, as needed.) All of this seems to be independent of the file type (.kra end .jpeg are equally affected) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open a file by double-clicking it in the "Open image" window 2.Chose "Open in a new document" 3.Wait a bit after the image is opened to see it opened a second time Actual Results: the picture is opened twice in two tabs Expected Results: the picture should be opened once, but it is opened twice I'm running Krita 2.9.4 on a Lubuntu (lxde) 14.04
Can you show a screenshot of the file dialog? Different environments have different file dialogs, and this issue doesn't happen with the one I get on KDE.
Can you please check with 3.0 and if it still happens make a video? I'm not able to reproduce.
it doesn't seem to happen again, and i forgot to update here (i'm sorry) but it also did not happen with 2.9.10 (animation). i guess it's good now
Okay, thanks!
