Description Paul 2015-05-14 21:56:23 UTC
Application: systemsettings5 (5.2.0)

Qt Version: 5.4.0
Operating System: Linux 3.16.0-37-generic x86_64
Distribution: Netrunner 15 (Prometheus)

-- Information about the crash:
I had went into System Settings/Workspace Appearance/Window Decorations. As soon as the button was pressed, the crash occurs. It will repeat over and over again. I will reboot after submitting this bug and if it continues, I will update. At the time this crash occured, I had Chrome Browser Version 42.0.2311.152 (64-bit) open streaming Netflix. qBittorrent v3.1.9.2 was also running at the time.I had just previously set it to Oxygen in Styles.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

Nvidia blob _XRead call hits an X11 limit and aborts.
However, according to https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-13755, a problem with the update process (netrunner is based on kubuntu is based on ubuntu), so rather a downstream bug than an upstream one.

This supports your experience (update process + reboot), so marking downstream.
