When attempting to move entries using drag and drop the item dragged does not move.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to drag and drop a menu entry.

Actual Results:  
Item cannot be moved.

Expected Results:  
Item moved to dropped location.
