Аfter one of the latest updates kruler became shows incorrect length, adds 10 pixels to the result.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run kruler
2. Try to measure the length of any element

Could you please check Right-Click menu > Scale > Offset ?

This seems to be fixed now.
