Hi,

Gwenview displays video too, but unfortunately there is no feature to go frame-by-frame through a video or a (GIF) animation. In this case, Gwenview behaves more like a media player instead of an image viewer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a video or a (GIF) animation
=> Playback will begin immediately.
