When an image is zoomed so that it's bigger than the window, panning it with the mouse pointer is jerky.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an image in Gwenview.
2. Zoom it so that it's bigger that the window.
3. Use mouse to pan.

Actual Results:  
Panning is jerky.

Expected Results:  
Smooth panning.
