When opening a received message, I can change font display size by ctrl+ and ctrl-.
I cant do that at the message composing window (message editor) - but I'd like to do so.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a new, empty message window
2. hit ctrl+ or ctrl-
3. nothing happens
