Plasma5 in current version lacks the function from KDE4 where you can use different settings (background, widgets etc) for different virtual desktops

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create several virtual desktops
2.Look for setting "use different widgets on desktops"
3.

Actual Results:  
The setting does not exist, all virtual desktops have identical widgets

Expected Results:  
Ability to configure virtual desktops individually

Different activities can show different widgets.
