Screenshot of "Energy Information" default window size

When starting the "Energy Information" KCM in a standalone window (outside of kinfocenter), the default window size is way too small - barely any content is visible.

See attached screenshot.

Running:
- KF5 + Plasma 5 from git - up-to-date.
- Qt 5.4.1

While the module has undergone several updates, the default window size bug is still present in KDE Plasma 5.13.3 (Neon 5.15)

This was fixed a while ago by something more higher level. I think kcmshell5 itself.
