On Plasma 5.2.2 trash with default configuration, empty trash is not working 100%, errors: - after empty trash, sometimes trash icon still shows full, but after opening it is empty - sometimes empty trash using desktop icon/right click is not empty trash improvement: desktop icon/right click/properties gives only shortcut settings but no trash settings, however it can be setup in dolpin/settings/trash. The same may be used for desktop icon/right click/properties . Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: happens always: (used 2 drives, delete file from the 2nd drive) 1. using krusader, delete a file to trash 2. empty trash in using krusader trash icon this error could also happen with dolphin, but not always. Clarification: I found that the trash is only looking for the home trash, but not the mapped disk (D). It is located under run/media/D Dolphin trash setup knows that there is a trash on "D". The trash plugin should also check the status of the trash on second drive (D), not only the main drive. Expected Results: correct empty/ full trash behavior when using second drive, located like run/media.
Works for me in KDE Frameworks 5.45.
