When a shell process is still running within a konsole session and the user clicks the close button, konsole will try to present a confirmation dialogue. However, the confirmation dialogue never fully renders, and konsole freezes with 100% CPU usage.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Konsole.
2. Type e.g. `man less`.
3. Click on close button.

Actual Results:  
Konsole freezes with a half-rendered dialogue and uses 100% CPU, and it needs to be killed.

Expected Results:  
Konsole shows the dialogue normally.
